2008 Affiliation & Qualifier Application

Before your shoot will be registered with Deerman's T.H.E. 3-D, this form must be returned. All qualifiers will be advertised at no charge by Deerman's T.H.E. 3-D. Any affiliated range can send a copy of their complete shooting schedule and it will be included on the T.H.E. website at no charge.

Each range must also agree to honor Deerman's T.H.E. 3-D membership cards giving members 20% off tournament entry fees to all of said ranges tournaments (title events for other organizations not included). This discount is not stackable with any other discounts the range may be giving. Also, ranges may sell T.H.E. memberships and retain $5 from each membership sold.

Each range agrees to read, understand, and comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by Deerman’s T.H.E. 3-D. This includes the NO ALCOHOL rule. There will be no alcohol during any Deerman’s T.H.E 3-D event. Failing to comply with any of the guidelines will result in probation for the following season. Ranges on probation will not be allowed to host title events. Multiple violations could result in a range being removed from affiliation. 

In an attempt to promote 3-D archery to youth, Deerman’s T.H.E. 3-D is making it mandatory that the entry fee for all youth classes be reduced to ½ price and that the Pee-Wee classes be no charge. The shooting fees will reflect the same discounts as well.

Ranges may apply for up to 3 events each year including non-title events, their respective State Championship (May-June), and any part of their state's Regional Triple Classic Tournaments (1st leg held in Mar, 2nd leg in Apr, 3rdLeg/Regional Championships in May). All shoots must be held by June 30th. All tournaments may be applied for but a maximum of only 3 qualifiers will be awarded to any one range. Start times will be at the discretion of each host range.

Price-per-shooter fees are due for each shooter at T.H.E. events.
Public events - $3 per shooter
Title Events - $5 per shooter

Ranges hosting any Title Event must purchase the official prizes for each event through Deerman’s T.H.E. 3D.  For Regional Triple Classic events, large medallions will be given for the 1st & 2nd legs and laser engraved wooden belt buckles will be given for Regional Championships/3rd leg at a cost of $8 each.  For State Championship events, 1st place will be silver belt buckles, 2nd and 3rd place will be brass belt buckles at a cost of $25 each.  1st prize must be given in all classes with an entry, 2nd place for classes with 10 or more, and 3rd place if 15 or more.  (Deerman’s will pay ½ of prize cost for any class that has only one entry.)

Ranges may only allow shooters to enter ONE individual round per course per tournament at all T.H.E. events.  If ranges offer two separate courses dividing the classes, shooters may enter one individual round on each course.

Ranges may also offer Team rounds.  Teams must consist of 3 shooters all from different classes.  Shooters must shoot an individual round before entering as a team.  Entry is $30 per team due at the first members check in.  T.H.E. shooter fee is $6 per team.  No awards will be given to teams at each range.  Teams will earn points to determine Overall 2008 Team Champion.  See the official T.H.E. Each range agrees to provide a list of all shooters and addresses to Deerman's T.H.E. 3-D WITHIN 10 DAYS after the qualifier. Price-per-shooter fees MUST be included or shooters will not be recorded as qualified. Any range not sending in shooter info within 10 days will be placed on probation for the following season. Score/registration cards will be provided to each range. Duplication of cards is permitted at the discretion of each range manager. Registration cards, including the liability release, are to be filled out completely and signed by each shooter BEFORE they enter the range.

Any shoot may be disqualified if a host range refuses to follow proper THE procedures and rules.

Furthermore, each range agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deerman's T.H.E. 3D, its directors, officers, members, representatives, and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs, and directly or indirectly, the qualifying shoot requested herein above, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, or property damage.
